Now that you’re all geared up for the World Juniors, there’s only one thing left to figure out: the food. We figured the best way to get you even more amped up for this international tourney would be to provide you with nacho recipes that represent the three best World Junior teams.
We recruited Jorge Dominguez who was not only born in Mexico and schooled in Switzerland, proving his worldly education in food. Plus he’s the Manager at Benchmark, Niagara College Culinary Program’s restaurant. So, in addition to training the best and brightest in future culinary royalty at Niagara College, he’s helping all you hockey lovers prove your team loyalties through beef, cheese and tortilla goodness.
